Last week, Richard was lucky enough to be down in Central Otago enjoying the cold yet beautiful scenery and doing a spot of semi-successful salmon fishing. While down there he caught up with Quintin Quider, owner of Wild Earth wines to taste their new releases and check out their new outdoor kitchen and cellar door. All the food is cooked in Quintin’s fantastic cookers made from retired wine barrels. We’ve had Quintin cook in these for us at tasting’s up here and the results are absolutely mouthwatering.
